Mellow Malaysia is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Any damages incurred to the product during transit and as reported by customer will be escalated to shipping partner and resolution as deemed fit by Babyshop in the best interest of customer will be communicated to the customer. When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and up to 7 working days for East Malaysia. Bulky products may take longer time to be delivered. -
How much is shipping?
There will be a flat rate charge of RM7.00 for West Malaysia and RM13.00 for East Malaysia. -
Any free shipping?
Yes. You will get free shipping for a minimum order of RM100.00 (WM)/ RM150.00 (EM)

When will my parcel be shipped out?
We will pack and hand over your parcel to the courier in 1 - 2 working days. Customers will receive their parcel within 3 - 5 working days

How can I track my order?

Delivery Failures
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. Parcels and non-deliverables will be returned to Mellow. In such cases, you will be charged the ‘return-way’ costs (as charged by the courier company), in addition to the original shipping charges that will be paid by us to resend the order to you.
